"Everything was fine except for the bedding. All the pillows smelled like body odor bad. I can’t figure out how the cleaner didn’t smell them when changing the bedding. I didn’t use them and their systems were down soo their phone wasn’t working to call the desk. Everything else was fine."

"We had a clean room. I didn’t like that when your at the pool and need to go to the bathroom you have to walk through the hallway in wet bathing suit. Very uncomfortable for the grandkids plus more of a chance to slip. The directions to connect to WiFi were unclear, I had to call front desk for help and bring my 3 grandchildren with me. Then the directions for the TV were not clear. I was looking for some paper directions but they were on TV. I finally figured that out but couldn’t figure out how I could connect to my Netflix so we watched on my laptop. The free breakfast could be a little better as far as maybe scrambled eggs but was good. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

"The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the mattress was old and sagging. The sink was draining extremely slowly. The breakfast consisting of a boiled egg, toast, butter and peanut butter, tea or coffee. But there was no jam. That was a problem for me as I did not was the butter or peanut butter, I am lactose intorelant."

"Manager was rude and a chauvinist. Room was dirty. Was missing coffee maker. Manager put us next to the elevator and the loudest part of the hotel."

"Pool was under construction but no worries, a popl was created when i tried to use the stand up shower that had no lip. Water ended up everywhere and I needed every available towel to soak up the water. I know wet rooms are common in other countries but I imagine they're designed to be more fumctional than this."
