"Every thing was ok Basic room but we only needed a place to sleep."

"Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

"Die Lage ist abseits vom Stadtzentrum, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel aber erreichbar. Das Zimmer wird nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, das Bett überhaupt nicht gemacht! Eine tägliche Leerung des Muelleimers, das war es dann. Die Klimaanlage scheint total veraltet zu sein. Lichtblick ist das Frühstück und das Restaurant. Der Spa ist robuste Hygiene, nichts für empfindliche Leute. Mehr Show als Wirklichkeit, u.a.fehlen im Becken bereits Kacheln und der Whirlpool funktioniert nicht. Stört das...

"Great location. Very clean if dated room. My only criticism is a large part of the huge window in my room did not have a solid/blackout curtain. It meant the whole room was extremely bright by 6am (summer). Lovely if you wanted to get up early but impossible to lie in otherwise."

"A lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful . Place was very clean. I only gave 4 stars because there are areas that do need attention . The pool was amazing but the jacuzzi didnt really work. Its also apart of the pool . Pool was cold which meant the jacuzzi is cold too no heat . The steam room unbelieveable tho. "De kamer was groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij vonden alleen de receptie een beetje onverzorgd en rommelig…niet te vergelijken met de kamer. De ligging is perfect."
