"Booked a 1st floor King room THREE days in advance due to hip surgery. Expedia apparently doesn't inform the property of these requests. I get a return confirmation for a queen room. Okay, no major issue, right? WRONG!!!!!!! We get to the property and was ignored by the front desk attendant for about a minute while I was standing right in front of him. Apparently what he was doing on his phone was way more important than doing his job. I finally spoke first and the first words to come out of...

Someone messaged us and asked what time are we looking to checkout and we said 12pm if possible. They then told us that is their standard checkout time. When we got there the guy at the front desk insisted otherwise and said that we didn't speak to the hotel we spoke to someone through expedia. What's the point of that if the messages state its coming from the...

"The good: ac was cold. The bad: rude employees, no hot water, electricity didn't work in areas, not all lamps worked, towels so old you can see through them, had to beg for ice, room is better suited for $39. Avoid if you can."
