Hotel Nyack, a JdV by Hyatt Hotel

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Nyack and hope to go back in the future. It has a very cool goth-meets-modern industrial vibe. The hot tub and pool were great and the staff were beyond friendly. You can easily walk to town, which has a lot to offer for eating and shopping. The nature trails in the area are fantastic. Our morning walk/run along the Hudson had amazing views. More strenuous nature hikes are also close to the hotel. There is a fitness center and on site restaurant and bar. We didn’t have a chance to try those but hope to try them next time. A surprise plus was complimentary EV charging."

"Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. The rest of the breakfast was very nice. Fresh fruit other than bananas and oranges would be a plus. Room was very clean and comfortable would stay again."
