"Good location just opposite the Olympia. Rooms were clean but staircases could have done with some vacuum cleaning. Could not get in the room until 15:15 despite it being ready on arrival at 14:00. So I had lunch first in the pub - which was nice - but apparently I should have got a 10% discount for having a room booked. "The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble.
