"When I first arrived at the property to check in, I was a little taken aback because the incidental charge had gone up astronomically from when I had last visited the property several months before. I chose this property because it is in a phenomenal location with lots of eateries an and across the street from a wonderful premium outlet and is close to the highway. However, due to the more than quadrupled increase in the deposit from less than a year ago, I will never stay at this property...

Overall, this was a good stay for a budget-friendly extended-stay hotel.
The property appeared to be newer, and everything felt clean and well maintained. As expected with an extended-stay hotel, it seemed that some guests were long-term residents, which did not bother us.
The room was simple and functional. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, but we tend to like very soft mattresses, so that really comes down to preference. The room layout was a little tight on one...

"Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was nicely set up. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. My only issues were that I like a really hot shower and the water was lukewarm and the air wasn’t cold enough, despite turning down the thermostat. "

"The check-in process at this hotel was simple, quick, and very friendly. It was suggested by the clerk that I join the rewards program, so I did. I travel about 30-35 days a year but I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in 20 years so I decided to join. That was a mistake.
Later in the evening after returning my rental car, it took 3 phone calls, and an hour and a half for the complimentary van to get me the 6-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The van driver wouldn't talk to me about it...
