"What a beautiful hotel!! Even before we got there Nadia was in communication asking if there was anything they could help with to make our stay even more comfortable. When we got there we met Nadia at check in so warm and welcoming. She noticed it was my birthday recently (hence the trip) and she upgraded us to an AMAZING room! "Lovely clean room with amazing views of port. Pick up and drop off by mini bus was absolutely no trouble for the great staff. Pool was lovely but cold 😄. Complimentary pool towels from reception.Breakfast was varied, cold buffet,help yourself. Restaurant had amazing local dishes,but would cook to taste if you asked. Staff were friendly and attentive, they remembered my favourite drink every time we ate there. Definitely recommend."

"The staff were outstanding. Top of the line customer service including registration, housekeeping, the restaurant, and beach services. Housekeeping came twice a day. The pool water was cold if the pool had a warmer, people would swim. The beach water was cold so make sure you pick the right time of the year, May is not it. The amenities on the website are misleading. There’s no spa on site. This was disappointing. Amenities includes the pool and beachfront only. No activities for entertainment....

"Everything was good, but my husband got food poisoning at one of the restaurants. We asked for a late check-out because he had a temperature and felt unwell, but the hotel said we could stay if we paid €70. I’ve never had something like this happen before - we travel a lot. I wasn’t happy about that. Generally, the hotel was clean. If you don’t have kids, this is for you."

"The staff at Korali are beyond excellent. Miko, Georgia, Iola and especially Georgi at the restaurants are absolutely out of this world! We cancelled reservations to eat at their restaurants and regretted almost every meal we had outside of this hotel. Georgi is brilliant when it comes to wine pairing and food choices. His kindness and knowledge is beyond superb. I would come back for the hotel but 100% for the people!"
