"The service desk lady gave a girl a key to my room without my knowledge and a parking pass with my name. She never asked the girl for an ID. When I checked in I had to show an identification. This was a complete violation of my privacy and security, I want a full refund!!!! This is 200% unacceptable!!!"

"The room was a very good size. I would suggest getting an upgrade on the bathroom. It was very tiny. You had to move close to the sink in order to shut the door, the toilet was extremely low sitting, there was no room to put your toiletries. A really small bathroom. Lighting was dim. I think better LED lights/bulbs would work much better in the entire room. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed talking with them and it was really a family style atmosphere because of them....

"Everything was wonderful. Exactly as described. All the little things were perfect, breakfast, housekeeping, snacks, the view, parking, etc.. Location is walking distance from the beach and restaurants, but far enough for quiet privacy. Thank you Cheryl (hope I'm spelling that right), you have a lovely property. Would love to return."

"The staff was nice during check in. It’s clear this property has not been updated since it was built. The hallways smelled and the furniture and appliances were super old. The price and location was convenient, but I will definitely pay extra to stay somewhere else the next time I need a hotel in this area. The bed was sooooo hard."

"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best! What I did not like is the fact that I reserved a room with view on the water but I got a room with view of the street I drove in to get to the hotel when I paid extra for that room. I didn’t like it a bit. Also when my wife got to the room, there was no water. We went down to but water and they didn’t have any, very disappointed. Staff was on point"

"The best thing about this hotel is the location a short walk from the waterfront with a beach, boardwalk and gazebo-like structure and nice views. The lobby is a comfortable place to chat and enjoy coffee, etc. The café is very expensive and should have some less expensive options. The least expensive coffee is $5 and is 12 ounces at least.
