"Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked"

"Pros: Friendly staff, free apples, clean bed (i.e., no bedbugs as far as we noticed). Cons: - Apart from the bed, the room was pretty dirty when we arrived (i.e., mold on the shower frame; food stains on the microwave; residual dirt on the kitchen sink counter). - When we initially signed in to the (unsecured) wifi, it was unclear whether the internet was free or whether it required that we sign up for a HHonors account. Eventually after clicking through the wifi web prompts, it was revealed that we could access basic internet for 7 days free without needing to create an account, but this could have been clearer. Overall, an OK hotel that served the purpose we needed it for (and I LOVED the staff), but the cleanliness and wifi access could use a boost."
