"Everything was good"

"Roomy room. Clean. Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Not only do they have a breakfast buffet but dinner as well. Well prepared and plentiful. Centrally located though restaurants nearby were scarce."

"We had a very good experience at the Homewood Suites property in Pittsburgh. The property is in the Strip District, which offers a lot in the way of restaurants and shopping. We usually walk to most activities. We normally stay closer to Market Square. This hotel was a little further from the places we normally go, so be aware of the location. However, we would definitely stay there again. The staff went over and above in all of our interactions with them. This is an excellent choice when...

"The staff was great! They were friendly, helpful and it was clear they believe in top notch hospitality. We were disappointed with the breakfast. It was a boxed meal containing a warmed up pressed egg sandwich with an oily croissant, plastic wrapped chocolate chip muffin and a no name fruited yogurt in a plastic container. We chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant the following morning. I would have expected a much better breakfast experience from an establishment like the Priory."

"Staff gave us a card and room number to a room that was not cleaned yet and they had the room all out of whack with a cleaning cart just outside the door and the door wide open. Staff gave us another key card for another room and that key did not work. Staff said the door lock must be dead so the maintenance man changed out the lock batteries and our card still did not work. The maintenance man got us a new card and fixed the issue."

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed! The atmosphere of the mansion was so great I loved it!"

"Not a good experience. Staff for the most part was great and very helpful. However, our room was very dirty, juice or something red all over the wall, sheets on one bed had not been not changed, looked stained. I had laundry to do and the 4th floor, the laundry room smelt like poop to the point I almost threw up. We Stayed two nights and room was never cleaned and I had to ask for towels.
