"The staff was very nice and our room was beautiful. The weather was awful so that limited what we could do. The restaurant was very expensive and the food not very good. There’s really no beach either."

"GrottoBay makes for a relaxing and beautiful holiday. It's five minutes from the airport (fantastic) but you don't hear the airplanes. It's low-key, quiet, and the staff are attentive and friendly."

"Staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The room upgrade was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the turn down service was far too early. They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again."
