"Roaches all over the place didn't get moved for 5 days. Rented it for a week. Laundry facility was out of order. The internet was shoddy. The other room had no heat and roaches in that room to. They even gave me roach traps? Really! Im a guest, not an exterminator. It's no wonder they leave the light on for you, God forbid you turn off the lights. Only had housekeeping stop by 3 out of 7 days. Worst hotel experience ever."
