"Nice clean. Comfy beds. Disappointing that water slides only are going from 4-9pm. Hot tub okay but not very hot. Decent breakfast."

"Our room was not cleaned once or had towels etc. refreshed in 3 nights, had an old/musty smell about it so we had to keep the windows open. Amenities are very poor and quite basic in the room. Probably the most meh place we've stayed at in awhile. The breakfast was not bad, waffles were a nice touch and the coffee was decent, it closed at 9am though which is kind of early for a weekend stay so we didn't love that."

"Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price."

"The night shift worker (LeeAnn?) was exceptional and went out of her way to accommodate guests. She fielded a number of issues from whiny guests and turned minor complaints into helpful solutions. She’s an outstanding employee."

"Property is undergoing renovations and it’s messy plus the hallways smell like construction work. We were in a renovated room but the quality of work is questionable. Items hung crooked, toilet paper holder already falling off the wall….. Staff is very helpful, accommodating and gracious."

"Our room was spacious, but the AC unit was terribly noisy---kept us awake all night. Bathroom was dirty, and shampoo & body wash dispensers were empty. Breakfast items were gone by 8:00 am, so much for "free breakfast." Coffee was undrinkable. There was only one overworked person on staff to handle everything, including breakfast and check-outs.. Hire more people!"

"The staff is great here. The hotel is clean. The only complaints I have are that the parking lot fills up quickly and there’s a lot of door slamming, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise."

"I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!"

"Room was next to the elevator. I asked for another and was told she couldn't change my room even though the hotel was less than half full. I asked for creamer for the coffee maker and was told it was in the room. We looked in the room again, nothing there. She told us to go and look for some on the breakfast tables. They charge $7 for parking in their lot. The gentleman at the desk was very nice. You also had to buy your own breakfast."

"I had a decent stay. The staff was nice enough, but very disorganized and (at times dismissive) while others were fantastic. They seemed to not know what was going on depending on who you came in contact with. This is a VERY sparse accommodation. Clean? Yes, but i have a feeling in a year or two it will reflect the level of quality they provide. There was no cup, coffee maker, or anything else useful to assist you in the kitchen…and a shampoo on the counter in the bathroom was the only...
