"Overall it was a good hotel experience. It was very clean and updated. Unfortunately the first room I was assigned had a smoke smell that was unpleasant. I was moved to another room that was fine. The front desk staff was not very friendly and inviting. Price was good and about 3/4 mile to Broadway. Easy walk. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh made to order omelets. "
