"The room was generally clean--but there was a bad odor on the floor I stayed on and the threshold of my room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite the fact that it was a non-smoking room. The pool was being renovated. The breakfast was good. There was a huge crack in the bathroom counter in front of the sink and the shower nozzle had a mind of it's own sometimes, sliding up to hot-hot when I moved it to warm-hot. Also, there was no screen on my window--so I couldn't open it at night. I think there...

"Very RUDE!!!!
Very rude gentleman at check-in. The customer service was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately, this experience ruined our stay. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others. Management should address how guests are treated at check-in."

"The room was gross and outdated. The wall was falling apart at the doorway, the door had a decent size gap in it, which made me nervous traveling alone with kids and there was an old off smell to the hotel. Staff wasn’t too friendly besides 2 house keepers. "
