"Was a great hotel and comfortable visit. The room was clean and well kept, and we found the amenities nice enough. Was disappointed to find out there was a "resort fee" upon checking out. I likely missed some small print somewhere, but with nothing mentioned at check in, a $100 surprise when leaving left a bad taste unfortunately. "

"There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would NOT recommend the Spoke and Wheel restaurant in the hotel facility. The service there was so abominable that we left before ordering because we were seated for over 15 minutes and no one even spoke to us. The restaurant was NOT busy."

"Rooms were updated and very clean. Conveniently located to everything in Sedona. By looking at the pictures you would have no idea this is more of a roadside motel right on the main rode that runs through Sedona. The traffic is constant from 6am to 11pm, generating lots of road noise that can be heard while in the room."

"First of all I expected this place and room to be a positive experience. Let’s start with as soon as you walk into the room there is a sink immediately to your left. The bathroom was as big as closet. When you close the door you have an inch between the toilet and the door. Once you close the door there is not a lot of room to maneuver. The vents were dusty and the light fixtures dirty on the inside. The screen door to balcony is old and not working correctly. The peephole on the door did not work correctly to I had to put a piece of paper in it. Carpet was sticky in spots. And there is NO WAY the sheets were changed from the last guest. I paid for an early Check in and the room wasn’t ready. So they did a quick pick up. The sheets were wrinkled (see pictures). I’ve been traveling for 3 weeks and stayed in about 7 different hotels. This is normal for me. So I know the difference. On the POSITIVE, the staff at check in was AMAZING. The bed was comfy. I could have gotten better views for less. "

"With only 12 rooms and all being unique, it was quite a wonderful experience. Yes, location was good. I felt the price was a bit spendy, but we booked anyway. It was all good. "
