"It took an hour and a half to get our room key after complaining numerous times to the manager. We arrived at 4:15 and check-in is 4:00. They did not have our room cleaned. We asked for another room and they said it was sold out and we were not the only ones waiting for a room. The lobby was full of people just like us. As more arrived to check in they were told the same thing; that rooms are not cleaned yet. This was so unacceptable since we were there for an event and need to get ready for it....

"Beautiful Palm Springs Spanish style hotel with open hallways. Well appointed rooms with a luxury feel and comfortable beds. Close and walkable to downtown Palm Springs. Lots of hotel activities and pool amenities. Staff is excellent and Jose at the front desk made sure we were welcome and informed of hotel activities and things to do in Palm Springs. Wonderful stay."

"Breakfast and friendly staff. Truckers parking on the street are a distraction."

"Hotel has a beautiful view but the room needs renovation. Window curtains were broken and the rug looked warn out. I had very little interaction with workers so I can't speak much on customer service."

"What a charming and beautiful oasis at El Morocco Inn!! Don't be fooled by the exterior. When you step inside you are transported. From the decor to the beautiful rooms to the mineral water pool and hot tub to the french press coffee, Moroccan iced tea and healthy continental breakfast, this is a gem. I am sad I only booked one night - I will be going back! And don't forget the spa services - Elizabeth is fabulous!"

"the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All the amenities are in good shape and really clean. they even have people consistently cleaning the pool and mineral tub. The yoga instructor was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our stay in Azure"
