"The front desk staff was very professional. After we took our things to the room, we left to go to the hospital to meet our new great granddaughter on returning and going to bed, I pulled the sheets back and there were stains on the sheets ( I took a picture, but I don't see any where that I can attach it to this review). Very disappointed to see this, therefore was leary that the room was clean. The next morning, the coffee pot only made one cup of coffee and never worked again. My husband and I did not feel comfortable about taking a shower there so we just got dressed and prepared to check out. We did not eat anything from the Continental breakfast, which only offered waffle or sausage biscuit, no fruit or egg. We did not mention anything at checkout, because did not feel it would accomplish anything. We will be choosing another hotel in the future."

"The staff was wonderful and uplifting, however, it’s impossible to get any sleep here because there was noise all night. The room next to me had some autistic kid that was screaming all night and then I asked to change to another room and people had the TV blasting until 3 AM. There is also some guy screaming down the hall. The rooms are super tiny, but they are cute. It says no smoking, but I swear that people that were staying next to me and room 126. We’re smoking weed all night. They need security at that hotel to control the place control these crazy people making all kinds of noise during sleep hours."

"There was no electrical outlet in the bathroom where the sink and mirror were located. This is a problem for two reasons: a woman using a hair dryer wants a mirror, and a man using an electric shaver needs an electrical outlet."
