"This is a resort level hotel, convenient to the airport and Graceland. the staff is exceptional. The amenities are also great, pb&j sandwich topped off the night. The decor is fun and stylish. The rooms are big, stand up shower was excellent, pool was great, free water in lobby. Coffee machine in room is not good. Would love coffee as an amenity. All food is for purchase and reasonable. Coffee shop in lobby is pretty good. Dogs are very welcome here and we saw many. Queen beds make a difference...

"We only stayed here one night. The hotel was okay, and the room was clean, but it had a musty smell. The bed was comfortable and the pillows weren't lumpy so that is a plus. Breakfast menu every day was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, blueberry muffins and toast and juice. Plenty of parking and close to restaurants and fast food."

"It was a little pricey, but I chose this hotel because of the location to Graceland & it has a pool. We were too tired to swim, but were quite impressed that the pool was guitar-shaped.
Breakfast was good - had a good mixture of hot & cold items - and there were at least 2 workers that were making sure everything was stocked and even checking up on each of us.
They will shuttle you to Graceland. I would stay here again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Cypress Lodge! It was such a unique and memorable experience for our family and so much more than just a hotel stay.
The kids loved the interactive scavenger hunt that encouraged them to explore, learn about the history of the Pyramid, and engage with the property in such a fun way. When the kids complete the bingo scavenger hunt they get a prize at the end! The museums and exhibits throughout made the entire stay feel like an adventure.

"The room had a very strange and slippery floor, as if it hadn't been washed but simply smeared with detergent for fragrance. The sink in the room didn't work, or rather, the drain was clogged, and there was a generally strong, unpleasant odor. The breakfast wasn't bad, and it was quite good for the price. I just wish the coffee or tea had been a little better."

"My room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the A/C worked well.
Unfortunately, several issues made this a disappointing stay. The TV remote did not work, and the room phone had no dial tone. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk at least 10 times, letting it ring 1-2 minutes each time. I was repeatedly told by the automated system that someone would call me back "as soon as possible," but I never received a return call.
I could have gone downstairs, but...

"Loved the king suite. I was traveling solo with my 6 month old baby and this was the perfect setup for us. Very quiet and safe area and the space was perfect to give her a quiet space for naps while giving me space to enjoy my stay without disturbing her. Great high chairs in the dining area as well and a wonderful pool as well. 10/10 recommend. If I visit again I will definitely be staying there again"
