"Great rooms and remodeled, modern look. Staff was very nice abe helpful. Our room AC did not work and it got super stuffy in there overnight. Our son ended up waking up about 2 hours early since he and all of us were uncomfortable. Noticed the sliding glass door has a lower window at the bottom after the fact that we could have opened to likely help that, vs opening the whole door and letting in a bunch of light. Would stay here again. Prime location!!"

"There was a big hole in the carpet about a foot wide. The bathroom door was very dirty on both sides and had a hole in the middle that looked to be stuffed with tissue paper."

"The breakfast menu was awesome. Our room was in the very end, near an alley. Did not feel safe."

"The room was small but comfortable. Good shower. Only negatives was the light coming in by the drapes that didn't quite block the whole window. And the nearby tower clock chiming all night long."

"Easy check-in, clean room, typically continental breakfast. The room we stayed in did not have an elevator so be prepared to carry your stuff. Great location. Overall good stay "

"I can't imagine our trip to Olympic National Park without this stay. As we drove around the park and through other areas, it was clear that the Terra Vista Chalet was the absolute best option for lodging. It was peaceful, clean, and spacious. Our view out our bedroom window was stunning (we had a park view room) and waking up to it every day brought the tranquility we needed to our vacation. Deer were also all over the front of the property which was super cool. The staff were friendly and very responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone!"

"The check in was less than desirable. Hotels.com did not give the hotel my phone number. The way check in is, the hotel said they send a text message for check in, but they were never given mine. After walking around the property, i found the phone number to call. Once i did, the lady was able to send me a text message. I was able to get in. Hotels.com needs to do a better job at communicating this. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, but do not expect to watch TV before bed. there were none."
