Our room was **spacious, exceptionally clean**, and featured a **great mountain view** that was wonderful to wake up to each morning. "Clarion Pointe Harrisonburg, Va was a good value for cost. Breakfast was good and as expected. Staff at check in was awesome!! Room pulled in a lot of road noise but construction out front probably contributed. One issue in our room- shower water very hot and valve would not adjust it. Property was clean in public areas and our room. Good location for us. Would recommend based on expectation for cost. Ton of dining options in area too"

"The check-in staff was not overly friendly. We were also put in the first room off the office and could walk directly into the lobby - not ideal. The lobby and our bathroom smelled strongly of industrial cleaner. Not bad otherwise."

"Went for a JMU graduation. The front was nice as well as the lobby, until you checked in. The front desk associate was rude and seemed like didn’t want to be there. The nice thing was that the clerk was wearing gold and purple uniform, however when the customer behind me commented on the clerks attire, the clerk said “yea, I hate JMU, they are making me wear this” In addition, the shower/tub didn’t have warm water, it was either cold or hot but once you tried to make the water warm, it...
