"Room is clean and very new, staff is very nice with fluent English and very helpful, breakfast has a good variety and even with traditional Colombian chicken potato soup, airport shuttle is fast and staff gives clear instructions. Definitely will come back next time I come Bogota!"

"The place was great in general , two things i really have to say are : early in the morning the cleaning and maintenance staff make so much noise talking loud and using the walky talky radios. The other thing was the restaurant, with those prices i was expecting great dinners, but they were mediocre. I complaint once to the waitress(they had the nerve to serve me a bone of osso bucco, no meat at all, that night i was so hungry and i got so mad about the dish that’s why i complained ) but seems...

"This property is in the heart of the neighborhood and accessible to various day time and night time activities in the area. The staff were extremely helpful as I went in and out of the property. The roof top deck was a bonus and gave an excellent view of the city. They called an airport taxi for my early morning flight and even packed a brownbag breakfast for me. I would stay there again."

"This is a super nice hotel and we stayed in one of the appartments, it is a nice place to stay with family but not for elderly people. Walking distance for the eldery with limited capacity is too much. We loved the Plaza Cafe restaurant. But overall is was a nice experience there. "
