"Very clean, close to downtown shopping and the mountain trails, friendly staff that are more than happy to speak English if you don’t speak much or any French. Pool doesn’t have a hot tub and is a bit small but overall has a nice atmosphere and has great change rooms with shavers, and any other things if you need to shower there."

"Prince Arthur is a great street to stay on, you are within walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do! Yes there is a skylight in the bedroom, so bring a sleep mask (I never travel without my sleep mask and special earplugs made for sleep). For the girlies looking to book here, I would suggest bringing a travel sized mirror with a light to do your make up. I had an amazing weekend stay, and will be booking here again for sure!"

"This is a poorly designed and poorly maintained dude hotel. I don’t know what else to say . It is way overpriced for what it is. The ONLY saving grace is the water pressure in the shower and the bed was comfortable. Otherwise it is cheaply designed, constructed, and ran. Honestly, why was the mirror so far from the sink??!? And only a dude would put the shower in the middle if the room… next to the bed no less!!! No natural light and FAKE plants!!!"

"Everything was great for our family. We had the room with a separate living room with pullout bed so that worked out well for us. Only thing was that both of the fridges were freezing temperatures and we couldn't seem to change it so our stuff got frozen."

"Excellent property. Exactly as shown. We didn’t really need kitchen amenities, but appreciated the coffee and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable with a variety of pillow options (soft and firm). Location is INCREDIBLE if being central to Old Montreal is important to you. Parking was a bit stressful, but we thankfully found a spot. "Front desk, room and door staff excellent. The restaurant was very mediocre. The service was terrible with the exception of one guy at the bar that was very nice helpful and enjoyed his work. The female servers at the restaurant that we had were terrible. Not friendly, ask for water, never came, ask for lemons, we had to ask the guy at the bar. Asked for the check at the end of the meal and took forever. Once we told her we had to go, she very rudely asked, well, what do you have to do, like...

"There is no parking at the building. You need to park next door public parking. The shower had a slows running of dirty water but I was able to solve it with plunge. I wish they checked and cleaned in advance. Otherwise it was a nice apartment with good location."
