"Very clean and friendly staff "

"Dino was great! So was the female cashier thats always working the 2nd register long ponytail I forgot her name. Great service across the board. Elevator staff was always helpful nice and friendly."

"Maria was exception. She listened to my concerns and assured me that my room would be set when I got back. I heard her explain it to the manager. My room was not ready when I arrived at 6:30 and she told the manager that I would just drop my bags and come back later. When I came back the manager was rude sucking her teeth responding to another guest rudely. She nastily informed me that at 10pm my room was still not available. I was quite surprised since I was promised that it would be. The manager explained that she was going to put us in a queen bedroom (which we reserved a king). At 10pm I was not going to argue since we just wanted to get some sleep after a long day. She repeated many times that it is considered an upgrade. I just wanted what we reserved nothing more. I saw Maria again at check out and she apologized for the management and assured me that this is not the norm. Everyone else we came in contact with with the exception of the manager at the desk was very nice and professional."

"Very old hotel.Everything is old rooms,bathrooms, elevators,mattresses are cheap, no central ac/heating. Restroom for guests cost 25cents. Only good thing about this hotel is location. "

"Habitaciones pequeñas, pero la ubicación del hotel resulta céntrica , lobby pequeño y el personal un poco informal, los recepcionistas debían consultar siempre al manager . Hay políticas del hotel que te comunican 24 h antes, con lo cual hace imposible realizar una cancelación sin penalización en caso de que con algunas de sus “políticas “ no estés de acuerdo. Mi estadía la pagué en su totalidad al llegar y me tuve que ir antes de mi fecha prevista por una situación médica de emergencia.En el check out en teoría me dijeron que reembolsarían la diferencia pero que lo notificara a expedía , a ellos se la negaron categóricamente, otra vez basados en sus “ políticas de la empresa “ . No quedé complacida con su proceder y respuesta ."
