The hotel is in the center and convenient to Serdica Metro station and taxis to the airport. The air conditioning was operational in October, but not especially effective. The bed was comfortable. If the windows were open, there was a lot of traffic noise, but when closed, none.

The location was good, but the room itself was less than desirable. Widows could not be opened because of location of government buildings next door. That might have been nice to know ahead of time, The HVAC was a mess. No cold air, the controls were wired incorrectly. Turn to the high setting and the fan bllew slowly, turned to the lowest setting, and the fan blew harder. The floors might have been vacuumed, but the stains that were present needed more than vacuuming. Overall I don't doubt that someone had:"cleaned' to room, but it had not been maintained. Breakfast was decent but not over the top. The staff was friendly and willing to allow us to sit in the empty restaurant and charge our phones while we waited to take our later flight out.

Très bon établissement très bien placé au cœur de Sofia et près de la rue piétonne. Je recommande.

Hôtel propre, agréable, bien situé (tout à moins de 10 min de marche), un métro juste à coter. Une literie parfaite que l'on aurait aimer pouvoir caser dans les bagages... Pas de bagage assez grand pour un lit:(

The location is very good, within short walking distance of many of the main sights. Staff at reception were very helpful with advice and booking taxis - special thanks to Boyana!

It was a nice hotel in downtown, with easy access to shops. There is a 24-hr shop nearby.

Great location and very nice hotel
Good location. Near the Serdika metro station which links to the airport and is quite close to the pedestrian walking areas where there are many good restaurant options. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé à Sofia
En plein centre ville, et proche d'une station de métro avec connexion directe pour l'aéroport et la gare centrale, difficile de trouver mieux comme emplacement. Hôtel bien tenu avec des chambres bien équipées et propres.

it's in a good location and the staff are friendly. its clean and reasonably priced. the rooms are ok although a bit tired. I would probably try somewhere else next time.only because we like to try different places.

Buon (breve) soggiorno
Stanza piccolina e letto non eccezionale, con cuscini molto alti e coperta risicata. Bagno decente con prodotti omaggio, phon e asciugamani. Poco spazio per appendere gli abiti. Presenti tv ed aria condizionata. Nel complesso buona esperienza per un breve soggiorno, la posizione è ottimale: pochi metri da tutte le principali attrazioni, è un passo dalla centralissima stazione metro di Serdika.
