Albergo comodo in centro. Fermata metro a 2 minuti. Abbastanza pulito. Non troppo moderno. Colazione sufficiente. Quasi tutto salato. Un giorno un gruppo di napoletani si sono riempiti i piatti ed è rimasto poco di dolce. Purtroppo non è stato sostituito quasi nulla. Colazione da migliorare.

Did not honour the booking
On the day I was supposed to stay at the hotel, I got a call from someone from the hotel to tell me that due to a 'technical problem' they will not be able to honour the booking. Later I found out that this was because they were sold out. The booking was paid at Hotels.com so now I am waiting for the refund but it is taking a while as Hotels.com say they are waiting for the hotel to confirm. When I got told by the hotel that I can't stay there, they said that they will immediately let the platform know so the money can be refunded, yet, they have not done so yet. I had to stay at a different hotel that night and pay there. I am not happy with the experience and would like my refund please.

Ubicación excelente
Ubicación y personal inmejorable. Habitación amplia con dos estancias, desayuno muy completo y la terraza de nuestra suite muy agradable. Pero me vengo con un maratón en el costado por el colchón, horrible, literalmente es como dormir en la moqueta, que por cierto, está en toda la habitación excepto el baño. Volveria a reservar cuando cambien el colchón.

The location is excellent to walk around the downtown. Breakfast is good. The only thing I would improve is the shower, is hard to not spread the water on the bathroom floor while taking a shower 😰, and I saw a few bugs around the bathroom drain 😬 That will need some attention. Otherwise than that, very nice for a few nights

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und der Check IN verlief reibungslos! Die Zimmer waren ganz in Ordnung und das Housekeeping war sehr gut Das Frühstück war leider nicht Best Western Like und man musste sich öfter etwas erfragen (Kaffee, Butter, Milch, Säfte) Die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum war auch nicht die Beste! Ansonsten kann man das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage empfehlen!

Excellent Hôtel, rien à dire !!!
Très bon hôtel en plein centre de Sofia avec toutes les commodités proches ,taxis, tramways,métro, bus ,rue piétonne agréable, banques et changes juste à côtés ( 5 minutes) La chambre assez grande ,salle de bain impeccable, wifi parfait, changement et nettoyage parfait, petit déjeuner excellent. Tout est parfait, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

It must have ticked all the boxes to get an official four star rating, but it fell short of my expectations of a four star hotel. The bedrooms and (especially) the bath (sorry, shower) rooms were too small for comfort, the shower rooms and the bedrooms lack convenient shelving/cupboard space and the beds and bed linen were adequate but not four star standard. Yes, it was clean, well managed and inexpensive, but it did not campare with (for exampkle) a Holiday Inn or other four star chain.

Couple of problems on arrival but staff very helpful and issues quickly resolved, close to central Sofia and shopping facilities, restaurants but a lot of roadworks happening in area making walking somewhat difficult. Many historical sights only a short walk away from hotel.

Mi estancia en este hotel ha tenido sus aspectos positivos, pero también algunos inconvenientes que afectaron mi descanso. En términos generales, el hotel ofrece una ubicación conveniente y una variedad de servicios. La ubicación del hotel es definitivamente uno de sus puntos fuertes. La suite en la que me hospedé era espaciosa y estaba equipada con comodidades modernas que añadieron un toque extra de confort a mi estancia. Sin embargo, lo que realmente afectó mi experiencia en este hotel fue la falta de descanso adecuado durante mi estancia. A pesar de tener una suite, me encontré con un problema significativo de ruido. Las máquinas de los aires acondicionados de todas las habitaciones estaban ubicadas justo encima de la nuestra, lo que dio lugar a una situación incómoda. A pesar de usar tapones para los oídos y cascos anti-ruido, el ruido persistente de las máquinas no nos permitió descansar adecuadamente. La sensación de dormir en una sala de máquinas era muy desagradable y, lamentablemente, afectó negativamente mi experiencia general en el hotel. En resumen, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación y servicios que prometen una estancia placentera. Sin embargo, mi experiencia se vio empañada por el problema de ruido en la habitación, lo que hizo que mi descanso fuera difícil de lograr. Espero que el hotel tome medidas para abordar este problema, ya que esto sin duda mejoraría la calidad de la experiencia de los huéspedes en el futuro. Atentamente, Daniela
