"An excellent hotel with a warm and welcoming staff. We did not experience any discrimination toward Israelis at all, on the contrary, the service was wonderful. The spa is of a very high standard with truly professional therapists, and the pool is great and enjoyable. The breakfast is rich, tasty, and diverse, offering plenty of delicious options. "Smooth transitions and spacious room. Breakfast was good and overall an excellent experience. The last time I stayed here was around 2008 when the hotel wasn’t even open. We were fog bound at Sofia airport and had nowhere to stay, only a crippy little B&B that Bulgaria Air offered us. We persuaded the manager to let us stay whilst they were staff training! Great night then and loved it again now 17 years later! "

"The hotel is very close to Sofia Airport, which makes it extremely convenient. The airport shuttle was on time and easy to spot thanks to the hotel logo—though on rainy or muddy days the shuttle can get dirty, making the logo harder to see, so pay close attention.
