"The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."

"The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor and it felt that the party was right underneath us until 4am in the MORNING!!!!!!!! Leaving us all with next to NO SLEEP! what is the point of a hotel if you can get sleep?! Booked a room for two adults and two kids with doubled bed and sofa bed, arrived with two single beds and a sofa bed. When reception was called to...

"This hotel was clean and near the airport. I do recommend ordering your airport shuttle ahead of time using the hotel’s website. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was very good with variety of choices and a buffet style. The view of the room showed the mountains and my kids loved watching the beautiful sunset. The room was clean and orderly. The location is safe, but industrial so not much to see around."

"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"Aufgrund des Gestank nach Zigarettenrauch, würde ich das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen. Zudem hatten wir noch ein anderes Hotel in Sofia, dass ähnlich viel kostete und deutlich moderner und angenehmer war. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis nicht. Auf die Beschwerde, dass es nach Zigaretten im Raum riecht hat man nur geantwortet, dass bestimmt ein anderer Gast auf dem Balkon unter dem Zimmer raucht... Der Gestank war aber so penetrant in dem Raum und auch in das Bettzeug gezogen, dass es nur...
