"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."

"Came for an Energy conference and only stayed one night. Got an unexpected free upgrade and breakfast and a gorgeous modern corner room. The hotel has a gym and a pool however if you plan to swim (like I did) you need a swimming cap and entrance is 20 eur extra. Staff were all great very helpful and best thing: no waiting times at checkin or checkout."

"The location has easy access to a bus stop (right out in front of it) lots of food options within a 15 minute walk. Some parts of my room were updated with a more modern look. Just others had remains of what once was. There were 3 wall mounted light sources, non of which worked. The clothing cabinet doors were not set right (off the sliding hinge) and the mirror one had several cracks. The bathroom ceiling had outlines and stain evidence of mold that had been painted over. "Insgesamt kein Best Western Standard. Unfreundlicher Service an der Rezeption. Die Tischdecken im Früstücksraum waren sehr dreckig. Es gab nur Toast oder pappelige weiße Brötchen, keine Körnerbrötchen. Ansonsten war alles da. Bei Abreise um 4 Uhr morgens gab es keine Frühstücksbox mit der frechen Bemerkung ich hätte ja keine geordert. Wenn ich mich um 4 Uhr wecken lasse und ein Taxi bestelle, gehe ich davon aus, da es noch kein Frühstück gibt, das man mir etwas anbietet."
