"This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises."

"My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later. "When we checked in they didn’t have the room we booked available due to a leak. The only room type they had available was one with a bed and pull out couch. We made it work. There was a missing smoke detector in our room, the vent cover in the bathroom was missing, there was visible damage from a leak in the room we were given. I’m not sure if the smoke detectors are missing in other rooms as well because there was an VERY STRONG odor of someone smoking pot that was in the hallway. The staff...

"I’d never stay here again. I got my first room and I had occupants already in the room( roaches). Second room little water pressure and a lizard came from the closet. The overnight seat told me they didn’t have extra towels but if I bought my dirty ones to the front seal she would exchange them. Breakfast had soy and oat milk only and the back parking lot nearest my room had old carpet and junk everywhere. The check out lady barely got up to check me out. Zero dollars deposit was due at the time of booking, so I was a bit surprised when I arrived at the property an my reservation was canceled because they tried to charge my card before I got there. "The hotel room was nothing like the picture that was posted or advertised. Upon entering the room, there was a foul order. The toilet did not flush. The furniture was damaged and dirty.We didn't want to touch anything. It was really bad. We went up to visit my sick brother. And how do you worry about these conditions."
