"〔良い点〕 食堂や客室のインテリアなどは伝統とモダンの融合でSNS 映えしそう。 無料の朝食も良かった。二日目はラーメンをいただいた。 駅から近く、便利。 〔悪い点〕 基本無人で必要な時はインターフォンでやりとり。時間によってはキオスクという別の場所にいる人とのやりとりで現場の状況をわかっていない様子。チェックイン前に預けた荷物を受け取るのに苦労した。 説明もエレベーターの中にある程度。 ホットスパも予約の仕方などの説明なし。荷物を管理しているスタッフに聞いてもわからなく、結果的には利用しなかった。ドットコムさんで予約必要な旨サイトに載せた方が親切かと思う。 若い人は問題なく、利用していた。ITに疎い高齢の外国人にはハードルが高かったようだ。 〔その他〕 駅から近いが、周りはモーテルや旅館が多い。個人的には懐かしく、昭和を感じて良かった。 これらの建物もだんだんゲストハウスなどにリノベーションされるのかなと思った。"

"Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. Mind you it was a non-peak...
