Overall a good hotel that is walk able to the Express Bus Terminal. Room is huge with a mini kitchen and washing machine. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel as well.

Poor Reservation & Call Center Response

When I made a reservation, I wanted a room in the lake view. I paid more than 30,000 won per room and booked two rooms in a lake view, so I paid more than 60,000 won, but when I arrived there and tried to check in on the front, I heard an absurd sound that both of them were booked in a city view. When I called hotel.com and complained, they said they had no choice but to give it to me as it was marked, so this is the first time I have made a reservation on hotel.com several times. I think it would be better to refund the money without a lake view.

Surprised to see washing machine available in our room, with in-built drying rack. There is a convenience store downstairs, great if you want a quick breakfast or late night snacks and drinks. Hotel is one bus stop/ 3 min taxi ride away from express bus terminal (or 10 min walk). There are public buses nearby to get to Sokcho city / shopping street/ fish market, and to Seoraksan. It is near a famous mulhoe restaurant too.

清潔で立地◎

部屋が広く、2人ともスーツケースを広げて余裕があります。 靴を脱いで部屋に入るタイプなので清掃もきちんとされていてきれいでした。ぜんぜん裸足でウロウロできます。 長期滞在向けでもあり、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、キッチンが付いています バスターミナル（高速）、束草海水浴場からも徒歩で行けます。道中おっきいemart もありとても便利です。

아주 불편함

샤워타월은 구멍이 있는 것을 폐기하지 않고 사용. 새타월을 보는 기분이 아니었음. 샤워후 따뜻한 물이 배수된 후부터 하수구 냄새가 밤새 올라옴. 시장 여인숙도 아니고 이런 냄새로 불쾌함. 저렴한 것도 아니고 좁은 룸에 불편했음. 누구에게도 권유하지 않을 것. 최악의 상태.

깔끔한데 시끄러움

객실이 깔끔한것은 좋지만 건축물 자체가 방음이 안되서 3칸 옆 객실에서 조곤조곤하게 말하는 소리가 다 들림 그리고 샤시도 안 좋은건지 밤에 도로에서 발생하는 소음을 막지 못함
