The Jumeriah Mallorca itself is very nice, although it is isolated on top of the hill overlooking the town, Port. The main concern with the Jumeriah given this level of stars is when it comes to the lack of consistent and excellent service by the staff, and especially the supposed Michelin restaurant which, in my opinion, that I shared with the management, is very much lacking in terms of food quality and service to patrons. Very disappointing stay outside of the room
