"Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff."

"Great stay and location! Third floor and had access from the outside and inside. Could park two cars on site which we helped and having three rooms was perfect with the three bathrooms. Great common area and kitchen table for games. "

"We booked a room that was supposed to come with a king bed and pullout couch. When we got to the room it was a twin bed with a pullout couch. Super inconvenient to find out after we checked into the room. After we spoke to the front desk, they moved us to another hotel nearby. We appreciated the change however they moved us to an older lodge that was not very clean and needs a lot of maintenance. "

"The property is brand new, and Clark's grocery store is conveniently located across the parking lot behind the gas station. There are also other eateries nearby, all within easy walking distance. In front of the building, you'll find the base campus, with lifts for Snowmass Mall right at your doorstep.
