We enjoyed the setting, location, and comfort of the condo. The Coral Tree (property managers) staff were great, responded immediately to a minor issue we had, and the overall experience was great. We are seniors who enjoy hiking and exploring areas like Snowmass and Aspen. Despite it being the “Shoulder Season” we delighted in the delightful setting, the quiet, and the access to hiking and all the amenities we needed.
Maroon Bells. Visiting this was the reason for our stay in Snowmass.

On the Nature trail that starts at the Snowmass Mall, close to the condo.

It was great for our need which was a place to sleep when we visited the surrounding areas.Good value. Area is nice. Bed was very hard and parking can be difficult if you have more than 1 car (we didn’t) since you only get 1 assigned parking. We visited during summer and there is no air conditioning in the unit but we left the windows open and it was fine (outside temp at night was 50 in June not sure what it would have been in August)

Licenhearth in Snowmass

It was a great location and wonderful view. The room was clean and fully stocked with a complete kitchen. The only issue I had was there were no instructions on where to pickup the keys and check in as there was no office on the property. Otherwise it was amazing!

Loved this property. Would stay here again. Laundry facilities on property, covered parking, VERY CLEAN, the kitchen is fully stocked w/any kind of pan or dish needed. Cozy!

100 paces to Gondola

This property is perfectly located and a true ski in ski out property. Located right next to the plaza and restaurants and a short gondola ride to Snowmass mall.

Hassle in getting the keys ..

While the hotel suite was very nice, there was some inconvenience since you have to go to nearby hotel to get the keys. It was not clear at all while booking -- they should have make it clear or send a message. I was unable to find the place to get the key and have to call the number provided and then figure out where I am supposed to go to get the key. This becomes a hassle when you are already tired and want to get access to the hotel room as quick as possible.

Kitchen facilities were great Bedding was horrible, the sofa bed was almost one where you hurt your back. The height of the bed was another hazard for any family travelling with children. We also had plumbing issues, while they got resolved and staff were good, it shows lack of attention to hygiene There are fitness facilities either, solely reserved for people of Stonebridge Inn even though the facility was advertised as such

Dirty and bad smell

The aircondition/heater was broken, the room had an strange smell (all our clothes needed to be washed when we came home due the smell). It was dirty and stains on the wall. The only good thing with hotel/apartment was the location, it was close to everything.

Heater was very noisy. Bathtub not usable as a 'bath' as it would not hold water - broken. The image shown is lovely, but the actual room was dark, furniture dark, lamps/lampshades so old they look like they came from a second-hand store. You need to brighten up the living room. (Your picture looked wonderful. Try to emulate that elegant style.) There was a side table next to the sofa and several standing decorations were placed on the table which made it impossible to use. (If you MUST have it, maybe only 1 would have be sufficient?)\ The heat is very dry and both my husband and I had issues in the morning with our nasal passages. During the night my nose started bleeding due to the dry heat. I liked the fact that they gave us a standing fan in the closet. I needed some air moving in the room while sleeping.

Waking up to a dream!

My family and i absolutely loved our stay at Licenhearth. The place was more than my expectations, we stayed in a king size room and it was basically a fully furnished 1 bed 1 bath apartment with a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, cookware, flatware, cutlery, dishwashing soap, even detergent pods) I was there with my toddler and I made breakfast for her every morning and she was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Not to mention the stunning mountain views you get from the balcony, free designated parking on the premises and the Snowmass mall within walking distance. Aspen was in a driveable distance so we didn't mind staying in snowmass for a fraction of what some places cost around Aspen. Definitely recommend it and we decided we'll be back to stay at this very hotel next time we're visiting. Thank You!

Nice place!

Really liked this place. Our room was like a fully furnished apartment and very comfortable. We got it for a good rate, probably cause it's the off-season, and we decided to extend by a day which was no problem at all and they gave it to us for the same rate. We were close to the sky cab gondola too so it was easy to ride it back and forth to the mall.

Disappointed

Our stay was good but we felt let down on our last day. We depended on them to provide transportation back and fourth from training. The last day of training we checked out but still needed the shuttle service. When called they informed us it would be five minutes, we were left standing with no shuttle.
