"This property is far below the Hyatt Place standard. Torn carpeting and wallpaper and missing baseboards in the hallways. In the lobby, one elevator was not working and the back doors to the parking were lot locked due to repairs. Poor-quality breakfast food. And the glass shower half-wall in the bathroom is very annoying: you have to reach around it to turn on the water and get hit with cold water, and the water spills on the bathroom floor.
There is along an outrageous $15 per night parking...

We had to wait for 10 minutes or so for someone to show up at the front desk. The bar tender didn’t show up for work, so the advertised happy hour never happened. The location of the hotel is very convenient, and it’s a nice neighborhood. Worth staying overall."
