"Ive stayed here a few times. The rooms are spacious and face out over a lovely park with a balcony to relax on. Nice design inside with lots of light. Walk to everything. Its my go to accomm when Im in Frankston, although getting a bit more pricey of late."

"I am extremely disappointed as I booked this property for the indoor pool and spa. When we went to use them it was locked. I called reception as they were closed and was told they don’t open it during winter. Perhaps advertise that it’s not open. I could have booked a more modern property for less than I paid for this place. Rooms are very outdated. PowerPoint in bathroom wasn’t even attached to the wall so the wires were showing. I wouldn’t stay here again"

"Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight.
We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds.
Will not be staying again or recommending this place."

"Spacious, very clean, nice smelling, not overpowering.
I arrived at 7pm to find they had put the heater on, so I arrived to a warm and cosy unit.
My car parking bay was straight outside the door.
There is a luggage bench, bliss, no bending.
The bed was comfortable & had an electric blanket.
The 2-seater lounge was very comfortable.
The grounds, gardens, playground and pool were well maintained.
There is a free laundry and dryer facility and clothesline onsite, which was wonderful.
