"A solid stay that ticks all the boxes. I arrived expecting a fairly compact room and was pleasantly surprised by the generous space. The quiet atmosphere made for genuinely restful nights, which is increasingly rare in hospitality these days.
The pub meal was proper quality at a good price. Executed well, the kind of food that makes you think the kitchen actually cares.
Logistically, they've got it sorted. Late-night arrivals and early departures were hassle-free, which matters more than most...

"Extreme noise in bedrooms from disco, till small hours of the morning, noise from ferals in the corridors at midnight.
We asked them before booking, as my wife is partially disabled, whether it was a ground floor, but it had about six steps, which she struggled with. No complaints with the room and beds.
Will not be staying again or recommending this place."

"Beautifully renovated rooms, have everything you need. Modern bathroom with fresh new design tiles, great beds and decore throughout. The bluestone drive way update is apparently next update. Great central location, very short walk to restaurants and main shopping mall. Rest assured you'll be impressed with the rooms and friendly staff.

"Absolutely disgusting. Unfriendly staff on check in. Room was dirty, not maintained, electrical sockets unsafe, tap for toilet hand washing is also the kitchenette sink, the tap for the sink was falling off, surfaces sticky and dirty, drawers falling apart and there was urine and toilet paper from someone else in the bathroom.
Complained to Expedia who reached out to the motel and they refused to refund our money. Photo evidence of this disgusting property provided to Expedia also.
