Teníamos contratado dos días de estancia. A la vuelta del primer día de estancia, nos encontramos la habitación sin arreglar, todo desordenado, las camas sin arreglar, etc...Ante esta situación, y comunicado a la persona responsable que en ese momento había en el hotel, este nos manifiesta que tiene que comunicarlo vía telefónica para dar una solución. Ante está situación, le manifiesto que lo que tiene que hacer es facilitarnos una habitación arreglada y adecuada convenientemente que cumplas con los requisitos establecidos en la reserva. A lo cual accede y nos facilita una nueva habitación. Por último, lo que más sorprendente fue lo que nos indico la persona responsable del hotel en ese momento: "Uds se lo comunicaros está mañana a la chica?"....como trasladándonos a nosotros la responsabilidad del estado de la habitación por no haberle comunicado a la chica que estaríamos dos días...vamos, un desastre.
