"Our family with teen/20+ kids, stayed for one night. We had such a wonderful stay- easy to locate, special feeling property, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome shower, pretty views from upper floor, and the BEST breakfast!! We had a lovely and restful stay!"

"This property needs lots of maintenance.
It looks like it’s been renovated but is still looks like it needs more.
Our room’s air conditioning was not working and it was hot. We asked the front desk and they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. Also the room had mold on it and we showed the manager and did nothing about it.
We are still on vacation and because of that are sick."

"The grand Hotel Luxembourg was absolutely amazing. The property itself was beautiful our room which had a private patio and Jacuzzi was wonderful. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We were given two of the most wonderful restaurants to eat at and the next time we come to France, we will stay there much longer and not spend so much time in Paris. Normandy is amazing and so are all the people at the hotel."

"I have used this hotel several times as an overnight stay before an early morning ferry. It’s perfectly adequate in that context. It’s been recently refurbished since my last visit - they’ve done a nice job.
The restaurant next door is very handy and serves good food at reasonable prices

"La chambre était très bien hors la fenêtre qui laissait un peu passer l'air extérieur, du coup un peu d'humidité et de l'air frais rentrait. Le personnel est au TOP et les équipements de la chambre sont très bien. Par contre, au niveau du spa en commun, plusieurs équipements qui permettent la diffusion de jet massant (sortie d'air) sont défectueuses sur 3 équipements sur 4.
