"Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. "

"Was ok. Villa was nice, clean and well maintained, albeit a bit dated but they did well to modernise with upgraded TV, USB-c ports and a/c controls. Lovely grounds. Great pools. Restaurant was overpriced and food / service not great. Good location and amenities for kids."

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Aussicht – wirklich ein Highlight der Unterkunft! Auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Anbindung war sehr gut, sodass man alles bequem erreichen konnte.
Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön besonders an die liebe Monika, die uns alles super erklärt hat und sehr herzlich war.

"Zimmer sind super sauber und sehr sehr ruhig. Matratzen (30cm)top nicht durchgelegen und bequem. Halbpension abwechslungsreich , ausgiebig und durchweg frisch und lecker. Personal ist super freundlich,hilfsbereit,sehr zuvorkommend.Man fühlt sich rundum sehr wohl und umsorgt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal wenn man von der Partymeute seine ruhe haben möchte und dabei nicht auf die Strandnähe und den Ausblick verzichten möchte.
Wir sind mittlerweile Stammgäste und kommen gerne immer wieder hier...

"I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english.
