"Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. "

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Aussicht – wirklich ein Highlight der Unterkunft! Auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Anbindung war sehr gut, sodass man alles bequem erreichen konnte.
Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön besonders an die liebe Monika, die uns alles super erklärt hat und sehr herzlich war.

"Ein Hotel mit super Aussicht auf das Meer. Dennoch muss ich sagen, dass so einen kalten und destabilisierten Empfang, wir auf der Insel nach so vielen Jahren zum ersten Mal erlebt haben.
Der Blick aus dem Zimmer war super und meinem Wunsch, so weit oben wie möglich zu sein, wurde nachgekommen. Sauberkeit war ok aber wir hatten es paar Meter weiter schon um einiges besser.
Die Zimmer hatten die beste Zeit hinter sich und bräuchten eine Auffrischung.

"I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water. "Was ok. Villa was nice, clean and well maintained, albeit a bit dated but they did well to modernise with upgraded TV, USB-c ports and a/c controls. Lovely grounds. Great pools. Restaurant was overpriced and food / service not great. Good location and amenities for kids."
