"Toller Aufenthalt - sehr erholsam."

"When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww! Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice. Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection...

"Not a four star hotel. More like bad student accommodation with prison vibes. We have stayed in better budget, even lower star hotels. Just a strange place. The receptionist was unwelcoming and abrupt and no smile or friendliness. The rooms are cramped and so basic. The carpet is worn and like it’s been pulled from a an old office. The floors were incredibly hard and rough, and my daughter feel off the bed and badly bashed her head and it also scraped her skin. We asked for two cots a few days...

"Great hotel. Only issue is the AC is more basic air circulation than actual AC. The pool is very quiet, almost unused which is a pro or a con depending on what you expect."

"Can't fault the hotel at all. Modern rooms. Extremely clean. Spacious. It is not a "party" hotel, so if that's what you're after this is probably not the hotel for you."

"Few steps away from beach, the boardwalk has a party vibe. Clean room, a little pricey, breakfast buffet is so worth it, nice staff in general. The only negative was the front desk was not very helpful after loosing iPods. They didn’t even ask the location of where we lost it. The snack bar needs a variety of other items. It also runs out quickly."

"Love staying at the isla Mallorca, no rush for sun beds and it’s nice and chilled. Good gym, but wish it opened earlier and upper terrace with small plunge pool. Larger pool below, all well maintained. Nice pool bar, drinks and food great. Rooms modern and well kept."

The front desk staff, restaurant and bar staff, and cleaning staff were nothing but kind and welcoming. It made it feel like we were staying with family and belonged at the hotel. The roof top bar and pool were top notch with cabanas with beds to lounge on while you were delivered your cocktails....
