"Nära till tågstationen och lätt att ta sig med bil, som vi gjorde. Otrolig utsikt och nära till flertal restauranger. Ägarna var väldigt enkla och behjälpliga. Vi hade inte bokat någon parkering för vår bil i förväg, men de hjälpte oss med det när vi kom på plats. Enda nackdelen var att fjärrkontrollen till tvn var borta så tvn kunde inte användas. I övrigt kan detta boende varmt rekommenderas!"

"We loved so many things about hotel excelsior, the breakfast was good, the staff was outstanding, the stair rugs could have been vacuumed more often but overall the hotel was clean, the reason I gave the overall score as 3 is the bed . The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced as they were all pretty flat, no fluff at all. "

"The location is beautiful and quiet. It is next to restaurant that the hosts own (they will treat like family. I had one of my best restaurant experiences there) and was never disturbed with noise. "Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super, man ist in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt und von dort kann man leicht zur Fähre etc. gelangen. Die Zimmer waren süß, leider etwas hellhörig und hell, aber ausreichend zum übernachten. Frühstück ist zum ankreuzen und war in Ordnung. Parken konnten wir für eine Pauschale auch direkt im Hof. Wir würden es für einen Aufenthalt am Lago di Como nochmal wählen. :)"

"Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel. Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage. Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise. Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! "
