And the best was to come - the location and the view (if you get a lake viewing room) are unbeatable! Varenna is perhaps the best town on Como, and you are steps from the Lido (small beach), beautiful walks, and the walk up to Castello di Vezio. "The place was amazing and in a quiet location on Lake Como. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the restaurant was great. The private parking garage is a huge bonus. The only complaint I had, and I can't really even call it that, is that I thought the pool was for the whole hotel. I misunderstood that it's only available to two of the rooms. Had I known that I would have rented one of those rooms. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Breakfast was amazing!"
"Great place! Short walk to shops, restaurants and water taxis, etc. Upon arrival we accidentally left a backpack on the local bus line. The hotel staff member(s) made calls and helped track it down. Could not be more thankful. We would definitely return. "

"Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back.
Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets. "
"Posizione stupenda con camere vista lago e hotel a 5 min a piedi dal centro paese. Unica pecca, la camera non aveva l’aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore a soffitto. Non abbiamo comunque patito il caldo nonostante i 30 gradi esterni. Personale molto gentile e soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci torneremo!"
