A parte social do hotel é bem bonita, organizada e limpa, porém, o quarto cheirava a mofo com mobília e elétrica velhos. Tive a impressão que a roupa de cama estava ali há um bom tempo.

O hotel é bonito e bem localizado. Equipe simpática e prestativa. O café da manhã é fraco para o que se espera pela tarifa paga. O quarto estava com paredes e tetos com muito mofo. Falta manutenção e limpeza do quarto e ar condicionado. Canais de tv fechada estavam indisponíveis

Já somos clientes há quase 1 ano e sempre que vamos aItu ficamos no Gandini. Nos atende perfeitamente, exceto quanto aos 'panos' de banho que são sofríveis. Melhor pedir a toalha de piscina!

Chuveiro péssimo. Oscilava entre água fervente e água gelada. Café da manhã com vários itens faltantes e muita demora para repor. Checkout confuso e funcionários despreparados. Já foi um excelente hotel, infelizmente.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente mas o quarto que ficamos era extremamente antigo, com cheiro de mofo, chuveiro pingando e cheio de manchas no chao. Se for se hospedar, sugiro alugar os quartos novos do hotel.
