"The place was nice and big. Unfortunately the night I arrived, there was hair throughout the property, including on the floors, bathroom surfaces, towels, and bed sheets. The towels and sheets were visibly unclean, with hair and stains present, and they did not smell like they had been washed. I contacted the property multiple times to report the issue. "The staff were lovely and helpful. Our room had an incredible balcony view and was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed overall, plus plenty of storage and a good sized bathroom. The breakfast included was delicious and felt like a nice personal touch every day. WiFi worked well. "

"Prior to this aread wed been to Roma, Sperlonga and Pompeii....but this was the highlight of our trip!!! The property and location were so authentic and real, a breathe of fresh air away from mass tourism. The hosts, chef, food, gardens, view, and nearby coves all blew our minds. Wed love to return!!!"
