"I don't recommend this b&b if at some point in the future there is something where you have to cancel to stay, because if that happens your money will not be returned. From the Hotels.com application, they did not help with the refund issue, the compensation was also not comparable, only giving a voucher € 25 which is not comparable to the cost that was not returned ± € 160 for two rooms"

"This is a real find in the heart of Naples. You are a short walk from the main train station, bus stops, the museums and Duomo. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. If your a solo female traveler like me, I especially recommend it as the gentlemen in charge will help you with your bags and help find you services you need and provide lots of helpful information as how to access all the sites!"

"The room was very clean and when I mentioned a musty odor I smelled (I am very sensitive to smells) the next time the room was cleaned the scent from the water pipes was eliminated. The staff was excellent and very attentive and were very friendly. I would definelty return and stay there again."

"Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral. Zu Fuss kann man von dort aus vieles erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig versteckt. Für einen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Personal vor Ort hat es nicht wirklich. Das Check-in befindet sich an einem anderem Ort. Ich empfehle den Hotel-Transfer, welcher für €10 angeboten wird"

"The room is spacious & the bed is comfortable. Location is literally right across the street from Napoli Centrale; very convenient if traveling by train. Check in & out were both easy & the reception provided excellent recommendations for sight seeing attractions. The room was actually fairly quiet considering the busy location. Lots of restaurants & shopping in the area. Would stay here again! "
