My only suggestions for improvement would be the lock on the bathroom door and better hotel wifi in all areas, it was good in some parts of the ro and not great on other corner. overall highly recommend,Capri is amazing and this hotel was too."

"The hotel is beautiful, the only problem is that the pool closes at 7:00 PM, which is very inconvenient when you have excursions all day and just want to come back and relax by the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, the restaurant is quite expensive, but you have really good options around the area. The only problem is when you want to cross the street, as it's very difficult because the cars don't stop. I also like that the hotel dropped us off at the train...

"I’ve been to Capri many times. Luckily, I discovered the Hotel Syrene— the best location, a block away from all the shops, restaurants, gelato cafes & transportation. The staff was terrific, and each one was nicer than the next. Plus, my room was beautiful and elegant. The bathroom and amenities are excellent. Loved every moment. I can’t wait to return next summer. "
