"Cleanest hotel I have ever visited. The bathroom was spotless. Two restaurants. The primary, Zest, is world class. Multiple courses of unique cuisine. The rooftop has a beautiful pool and another restaurant. Both have an outstanding view of the bay of Naples. The restaurant has a wide variety of great food and specialty cocktails.
The staff was very well trained, attentive and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and plan to return soon."

"Room very comfortable and quiet. No electric kettle, no room service or food delivery. Neighborhood is colorful but full of garbage, careless motorcyclists, and cigarette smoke. Hard to find nutritious meals."

"You can find fancier hotels in Sorrento but Grand De La Ville is nice enough. Better than basic. Location is good, 6-7 min walk to the center square. Free breakfast buffet is pretty good with American breakfast options like scrambled eggs and an omelet station.
Rooms were generously sized. We used the laundry service for a few things and it was perfect
“Garden View” rooms overlook apartment buildings… not exactly scenic but we weren’t in the room much.

"Marcella and the whole team at the hotel were sensational from start to finish. First time I felt truly welcomed in a hotel over the last 5 years. Breakfast, pool, bar, reception, even the cleaning crew… everyone had a smile and a positive attitude."

"We stayed in the Junior Suite, with balcony wrap around the building, giving us different moods and views for all times of day, whether having a drink and people watching the street heading up the hill or laying in the sun towards the hills and the villa across the small but deep gorge filled with lush green trees and bird song. The suite itself had everything and it's position in the building was ideal for access to restaurant for breakfast. It had the best buffet I've experienced - wide range...
