"Front desk was very friendly and helpful"

"Very clean property and helpful person"

"Excellent location to navigate a Napoli visit. There is no front desk.you must contact the host. It's self check in which was a bit confusing at first but once accomplished, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend"

"This was a fantastic place to stay. The host was so kind and helpful. The rooms in our suite were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for accessing the train to Naples and was a short walk into town. We highly recommend this place."

"Amazing location by the ocean, super clean apartment and very safe with security 8am-6pm in the lobby. Highly recommended if you want to explore Naples without having to be in the busiest areas."

"I stayed a night in a lovely appartment of the Relais Castel Nuovo. The appartment was cozy with a gorgeous view of the bay of Naples and close to the heart of the gastronomic and touristic hotspots of the city. It was ideal for my trip."

"I would not recommend this place. They did not respond to my inquiries about how to check in despite messaging them though Expedia, their portal, and by email. I had to contact Expedia to contact them to let me in. The place smelled of sewage and despite doing the same they never responded. So I had to remain for two nights in a room that smelled like sewage . The internet does not consistently work and when it does is very very slow."

"Great price! Excellent location in Porto. About a 5 mins walk to the ports if you're planning to take a ferry to Capri, Amalfi, Positano etc.... Host Mario communicated via WhatsApp and was very helpful and replied quickly. Check in process was clear and the instructions were fine. We were able to take the Alibus from Naples airport right to the Port. Also the room was very close and within walking distance to many top attractions. The room was excellent. Small elevator to the 6th floor....

"Host is very friendly and helpful, the place was amazing, everything looks great and clean"

"Novamente estacionamento não existe. Demoramos 2 hs para o check in y a preocupação era só cobra a taxa. A entrada do apto parecia uma favela, gente da medo, só que depois que entra no apto, e o apto e muito bom, mais o primeiro impacto e ruim e tem que ter cuidado com isso."
