The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast and meals on the rooftop terrace were fantastic — delicious food paired with panoramic views you’ll never forget. The location couldn’t be better — everything in Sorrento is within walking distance, yet the hotel feels peaceful and relaxing. "The hotel is very luxurious. The staff extremely friendly and accomodating. The breakfast room and buffet offerings outstanding. The rooftop Martini Bar is incredible. The gardens are spectacular. Laura, at the desk was warm, friendly and a great help to us generally and especially attentive when arranging transportation for us. All of the breakfast room attendents were very friendly and helpful, smiling and cordial. The location is grest and view from our balcony just amazing. A wonderfiul stay at this beautiful hotel!"
